Stan Barber's Notes

There is a desire to extend the number of authorization possibilities to include all digital signature technologies. This needs to be enhanced.

The authorization mechanism needs to tie into both the IP number registry and the AS.

A mirror could decided to trust each other or could check transactions as the mirror function occurs.

Curtis suggests that there would be a "root" registry and "untrusted" registies. An ISP could run a mirror and not trust anyone.

There is a web page with more details on this topic.
