Receiver’s last hop router joins RP, however, since there
is no data (receive-only) to DM broadcast onto the
interconnect so that B’s border router can pick it up,
register to it’s RP…. Effect: SM Domain B never learns
about the receiver in C, and C won’t see sources in either
