Who owns the registration database? Mark is a technical person and this is a political question
What is the current move on implementing the lame delegation policy? Tom Newell posted a note that indicated that there is not a consensus.
What is the status of using RWHOIS instead of SWIP? There is a group at NSI that has worked to make that work. There are problems in the 1.5 release concerning in-addr.arpa. This can be corrected by altering the schema.
Have you done any analysis on the transaction volume to see which is being guardian approaches are being used? Yes, large transaction users are using PGP keys.
How long until a recycled name is available again? 60 days by the policy.
How about a root server in Australia? It depends how much bandwidth you are willing to donate to the rest of the Internet.
Which payment system is being used the most? Checks, but Credit Cards using the dialup system is moving up.
