• December 96 moved to 192/8
• Reported April 1997

192/8 has become compact and is no longer really a toxic waste dump

In 1995, there were 55 A's delegated.

In 1996, there were 7 returned.

In 1997, there has been 48 allocated (the new ones are allocated to the registries for classless allocations)
