Peer Handling Request
- Peering template submissions are auto-processed and pertinent
information is extracted into a private database for use in
trouble-shooting and contact resolution
- Submissions get copied to ra-admin

- dpt is used to extracts appropropriate information in CVS
Auto-Generation
- generation starts every four hours
- uses most up-to-date information available
- Currently take about 15 minutes.
- RtConfig is used to generate the configurations.
