
GIGAswitch to switch FDDIs and to a shared FDDI. Attached to the shared FDDI is the FDDI/ethernet bridge
A second GIGAswich is being tested. The two switches will be connected using two FDDI connections initially.
ATM access is being done via a FORE ASX-100 switch. AIP and CSU/CSU is permitted from the co-located customer router. The FORE is connected via customer routers to the FDDI NAP.
There are about 6 customers in the queue.

Steve shows a graph from the gigaswitch over the last 30 days. The graph shows more taffic at the beginning of the month and less at the end of the month.
Another graph shows just one day. This shows the usual drop in the middle of the night and the peek at 10am.
A pie chart shows that UUNET and MCI are the major contributors to traffic at the NAPs.
