Once again, Bill calls the meeting to order to a classical refrain.
The CIX Association is sponsoring this meeting. Once again, Bill tells a joke. This one is a golf joke. I won't repeat it here. It, as usual, was not worth repeating (:0).

Other items: there was no objection to a small registration fee. This may mean that the next meeting will have a fee.

The next meeting will be in Ann Arbor on October 24th and 25th. The 10th NANOG will probably be in California.
