3Com is not your router vendor. It's not our BGP routes that are flapping.
However, if 3Com was to supply your router, this is what we'd do.
This router would be Nothing But Fiber vs. Big Fat Router.
QOS might not be an issue if it is fast enought.
The NBF would not do anything but IP, if it existed.
3Com is a commodity driven company, so it is probably not something that 3Com would do.
